Thai Grilled Chicken

6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Marinade
3 garlic cloves (mashed)
1 T jalapeño pepper (seeded)
½ C cilantro (chopped)
1 T olive oil
1 T sesame oil
1 tsp salt
Dipping Sauce
½ C vinegar (apple cider)
2 T sugar
½ tsp salt
2 T water
2 garlic cloves (minced)
¼ C cilantro (minced)
¼ tsp pepper flakes (dried)
Light grill or preheat broiler. In a food processor, blend marinade ingredients. Pour over chicken and chill 1 hour. Grill over moderate heat, or broil 3-5 minutes each side, basting with marinade. For dipping sauce, bring vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil in a stainless steel pan. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients and separate into 6 small bowls to serve.
