Bowtie Pasta

1 package bowtie pasta (16 oz.)
¼ C pine nuts
½ T oil (from sun dried tomatoes)
15-20 sun dried tomatoes
¼ C green olives (sliced)
¾ tsp salt
1 garlic clove (crushed)
Boil 6 cups of water. Toss in pasta and cook until al dente. Drain. Toast pine nuts in a hot, dry skillet. Set aside. Place oil, tomatoes, olives, salt, and garlic in a large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add pasta and toss to cover completely with oil. Heat through 2-3 minutes. Add pine nuts just before serving.
