Herbed Vegetables

1 T butter
1 T olive oil
˝ onion
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
˝ tsp pepper
˝ tsp thyme
˝ C green beans
1 zucchini
2 carrots
2 yellow squash
˝ red bell pepper
˝ green bell pepper
2 T fresh basil (thinly sliced)
Julienne cut all vegetables and set aside. Heat butter and oil in saucepan. Add garlic and onion and stir fry 3 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, and carrots and cook 3 minutes. Add remaining vegetables and sauté 3 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with fresh basil. Serve warm.
