Penne Pasta with Shrimp

Serves 6. Nutrition per serving: Calories - 365, Protein - 27g, Carbohydrates - 53g, Fat - 4g, Cholesterol - 120mg
3 C penne pasta (cooked)
1 tsp olive oil
1 medium red onion (chopped)
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lb. medium shrimp (cooked)
¼ C fresh basil leaves (torn)
1 can white kidney beans (16 oz.)
¼ C grated romano cheese
Cook pasta in saled water until tender. Sauté onion and pepper in oil 5 minutes. Add next three ingredients and toss until shrimp is warm. Add beans with liquid and stir until warmed throughout. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with grated cheese.
