¾ C butter
¾ C brown sugar
1½ C flour
1 C rolled oats
½ tsp salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 C chocolate chips
1 C pecans (chopped)
powered sugar (for dusting)
Preheat oven to 350°. In a food processor, cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients and process until combined. Press half in a 9" x 13" pan. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir chocolate chips in milk just until melted. Add nuts and pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining crust over top, press lightly and back 35 minutes. When done, lightly dust with powdered sugar.
