Orange Flank Steaks

Ingredients: |
1 lb. beef flank steak |
Marinade: |
2 C orange juice
1/3 C Teriyaki sauce
3 garlic cloves (large, minced)
1 tsp black pepper |
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
˝ tsp salt
˝ tsp pepper |
Slice steak in ˝" x 8-10" strips. Combine marinade ingredients with steaks in sealed container. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Discard marinade and weave steak onto skewers. Grill over hot coals 6-8 minutes each side or place in 400° oven 20 minutes, turning once. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grilled vegetables and rice. |
