Linguine & Peppers

Serves 8. Nutrition per serving: Calories - 330, Protein - 12g, Carbohydrates - 50g, Fat - 9g, Cholesterol - 19mg
2 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic (large, minced) 1 tsp rosemary (fresh, chopped)
1 can tomatoes (28 oz., chopped)
2 tsp fresh organo (minced)
3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow, diced) ¾ tsp salt
1 lb. dried linguine
6 oz. feta cheese (crumbled)
Saute garlic and rosemary in oil over moderate heat 2 minutes.  Add tomatoes, raise heat to medium and cook 10 minutes. stirring constantly.  Reduce heat and stir in oregano, peppers and salt.  Cook, stirring 12 minutes.  Cook pasta al dente in salted, boiling water.  Drain pasta, reserving some water and transfer to serving bowl.  Gently toss with sauce and cheese.  Use the reserved water if necessary.
