Orange Frost Torte

1 C sugar
3 eggs
1 C sour cream (fat-free)
2 tsp vanilla
1 C flour
½ tsp salt
1/3 C cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
3 C orange sherbet
3 C vanilla frozen yogurt (fat-free)
Cream first four ingredients.  Add dry ingredients and bake at 325° for 55 minutes in a buttered bread pan.  Invert cake from pan and chill overnight.  To assemble, slice cake horizontally in thirds.  Mix sherbet and frozen yogurt loosely.  Spread an even layer of sherbet mixture between each cake layer and freeze 1 hour.  Before serving, slice and top with hot fudge and whipped cream.
