Chuckwagon Chili

Ingredients:
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 large onion (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
2 T chili powder
1 T oregano
1½ T cumin
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 can tomato sauce (30 oz.)
1 can diced tomatoes (30 oz.)
1 can kidney beans (30 oz. w/liquid)
1 can pinto beans (30 oz. w/liquid)
1 tsp white vinegar
Brown beef with onion in large stew pot.  Drain off fat then add bell pepper and spices.  Mix well.  Over high heat, add remaining ingredients and stir until hot and bubbly.  Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.  Serve hot, topped with grated cheddar cheese.
