Fruit Wraps

3 egg whites (large)
¾ C powdered sugar
½ C flour
6 T butter (melted)
¾ tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp salt
Cream Base:
1/4 C sour cream
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp lime zest
Fruit Glaze:
1/4 C honey (heated)
1 T lime juice
½ tsp vanilla
2 C fruit (assorted)
Preheat oven to 350°.  In a bowl, beat whites, sugar and flour until smooth.  Stir in butter, extract and salt.  Drop a heaping tablespoon of mixture on a warm cookie sheet and spread to a 5" round.  Bake 10-13 minutes until edges are golden.  Remove cookies while hot and drape over a rolling pin dusted with powdered sugar, to form a shell.  Mix cream base and spread a dollop in each cookie.  Mix glaze and toss with fruit.  Fill shell with fruit and serve.
