Moroccan Beef Pot

Ingredients:
2 T olive oil
1 large onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lb. chuck steak (diced)
1 can tomatoes (28 oz. chopped)
1 C beef stock
1/3 C lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp oregano
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 potato (medium chopped)
1 can garbanzo beans (16 oz. optional)
Heat oil in stewpot over medium heat.  Add onion and garlic and saute 4 minutes.  Stir in meat and cook 5 minutes.  Add ingredients from tomatoes through cayenne.  Bring stew to boil.  Lower heat, add potato and beans and simmer 1 hour.  Serve with rice or couscous.
