Orange Salmon Grill

Ingredients:
6 salmon fillets (6 oz. each)
salt and pepper to taste
1 T fennel seeds (crushed)
Glaze:
1/3 C honey
2 T olive oil
½ C orange juice
1 T orange zest
1½ T lemon juice
2 T red wine vinegar
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 T mustard
¼ tsp salt
Heat broiler or grill.  Arrange salmon on plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper and fennel.  Bring glaze ingredients to boil in a small saucepan and simmer 7 minutes.  Baste/cook salmon 4-5 minutes with ½ cup glaze.  Reserve half for condiment.
