Sausage Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage
1 onion (chopped)
3 lbs. red potatoes (thinly sliced)
1 C fat-free chicken broth
1 tsp paprika
3 sprigs fresh thyme
¼ tsp pepper
Saute sausage and onion in heavy skillet until cooked through.  Add remaining ingredients, gently toss, cover and cook on medium heat 8 minutes. Uncover and serve immediately. Delicious!
