Dijon Chicken Grill

Ingredients:
4 - 4 oz. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
¼ C Dijon mustard
1 tsp rosemary (fresh, crushed)
1 T roasted garlic olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
¼ C fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp coarse black pepper
1 clove garlic (grated)
Mix ingredients together and coat chicken evenly.  Place chicken on hot grill and cook each side 7 minutes.
