Garlic Basil Pasta

Serves 4. Nutrition per serving: Calories - 250, Protein - 9g, Carbohydrates - 47g, Fat - 3g, Cholesterol - 2mg
8 oz. angel hair pasta 1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp olive oil ¼ C lemon juice
2 cloves garlic (grated) 1 C tomatoes (chopped)
½ C fresh basil (chopped) 2 T parmesan cheese (grated)

Slide pasta in boiling water and cook 4 minutes. Heat oil in skillet and brown garlic. Stir in ¼ C basil and pepper. Cook slightly. Remove from the heat; add lemon juice. Drain pasta; toss with garlic mixture. Serve topped with tomatoes, cheese, and remaining basil.
