Turkey Pita Pockets


Serves 4. Nutrition per serving: Calories - 372, Protein - 26g, Carbohydrates - 43g, Fat - 11.8g, Cholesterol - 59mg
Ingredients:
2 C. cooked turkey breast, cubed 6 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
˝ C. lowfat red wine vinaigrette 1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 oranges, peeled and chopped 4 T. alfalfa sprouts, rinsed
1 C. sliced mushrooms 4 pita rounds, cut in half


In a small bowl, marinate cubed turkey in dressing for 20 to 30 minutes. Place all ingredients in the bowl and mix. To keep pita halves from splitting, microwave for 30 seconds. Fill pockets immediately.
