Party Veggie Dip


Serves 16. Nutrition per serving: Calories - 15, Protein - 1.6g, Carbohydrates - 2.2g, Fat - 0g, Cholesterol - 0mg
Ingredients:
16 oz. nonfat yogurt 1 T. fresh tarragon, finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped ¼ t. celery seed
1 T. fresh dill, finely chopped ½ t. salt
  ½ t. black pepper


Reserving a few slices of green onion, mix all ingredients together and chill several hours to let flavors blend. Garnish with reserved green onion and serve with crisp, fresh vegetables.
