Blueberry Muffins


Ingredients:
Makes 1 dozen.
1 C. flour ¼ t. salt
3 T. sugar 1 egg
3½ T. brown sugar ¼ C. margarine, melted
2 t. baking powder ½ C. milk
2 t. cinnamon 1 C. blueberries
Topping
¼ C. chopped pecans 2 T. flour
¼ C. brown sugar 1½ T. margarines, melted


Preheat oven to 350°. Line muffin tins. combine dry ingredients. make a well in the center and pour in egg, melted margarine, and milk. Stir just until dry ingredients are wet. Don't overmix. Fold in blueberries. Fill tins ¾ full. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of each muffin. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
