Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients: |
8 oz. penne pasta |
˝ t. salt |
1 T. olive oil |
3 ripe tomatoes |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
10 or so very large fresh basil leaves sliced into strips |
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add tomatoes, garlic, and salt. Sauté just until tomatoes begin to release their juice. Add pasta and basil; heat through. Serve immediately. Fresh and flavorful!
